2. Order Preparation

All bouquets are carefully handcrafted by our team. Some flowers or colors may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability, while maintaining the same style, size, and overall design.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within one hour after purchase. After this period, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the handmade and perishable nature of the products.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the UAE, and fees may vary by area.

  • Please ensure that the address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery.

5. Delivery During Special Occasions

During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or National Day), delivery times may be affected due to high demand. We recommend placing your order at least two days in advance to ensure flower availability.

6. Images and Display

Flower and wrapping colors may appear slightly different from the photos due to lighting or screen differences. We are committed to providing the highest possible quality.

7. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery, except in cases of a clear error on our part.
